In a wonderful hillside location and lovingly furnished, Voltor 3 on the Costa Canyamel is like something out of a picture book: sea views, comfort, pool right next to the house. With its many outdoor seating areas and magnificent views, this villa on Mallorca will gradually creep into every sunny holiday heart. Built on two floors in a classic Mediterranean style, it presents itself as an all-rounder in terms of holiday atmosphere, surrounded by lush greenery. A covered terrace with dining table, plus a chill-out lounge with artificial rattan furniture and parasol by the 7-metre-long pool, the best time of the year begins as soon as you arrive. Later, you may want to go out onto one of the many other balconies. There are plenty of places to retreat to and the right ambience for a nightcap anyway. Even the hottest days are no problem: the excellent location and the many large doors and windows ensure a perfect indoor climate! By the way: the villa has a tarmac car park, so you can park your hire car directly in front of the house.

Natural colours, brightness and a touch of Nordic style create a summery freshness and relaxed cosiness in this villa on Mallorca. The centrepiece on the upper floor is the living area with fireplace: harmonious accents meet solid wood and original furnishings such as the golden-looking coffee table in honeycomb design. The dining table with bench and chairs is also located in the same room, as is the passageway to the adjoining kitchen. Here you can not only enjoy freshly brewed coffee, but also find the necessary equipment for self-catering. You will find floor-to-ceiling windows and doors throughout the house - a feel-good factor in any case. Clear separation: The three lovingly designed bedrooms are located in the basement of the villa. All have their own bathroom and fitted wardrobes. Villa Voltor 3 is located in the varied east of Mallorca, about 1.5 km southwest of the town centre of Canyamel with its shops, restaurants and the beautiful, natural sandy beach. Here you can live quietly and peacefully in the midst of lush vegetation and tall trees. Visit the beautiful bays during the day and enjoy the Mediterranean from the terrace in the evening: Nothing could be better.
