The diversity of Mallorca has made it one of the most attractive holiday destinations. Between mountains and sea, with rural character and urban flair, tradition and modernity, there is something for every visitor. This urban villa, simply called Paca, is ideal for holidaymakers who want to be close to the sights of the Mallorcan villages and at the same time close to the beautiful bays without needing a large plot with views into the distance. The pool with diving board and ladder is surrounded by cypress trees for privacy, delicate flowers and a lemon tree. The surrounding sun terrace offers plenty of space for sun loungers. You can relax in the shade of the cypress trees or under the wide parasol. Cool shade can also be found under the L-shaped terrace overlooking the pool area. It offers plenty of space for a lounge with director's chairs and a rattan furniture ensemble, as well as a long table where guests have ample room to enjoy an evening BBQ or a morning coffee with fresh pastries.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

The villa offers space for up to eight guests on two floors. The rooms are wonderfully bright, which is not just limited to the centrepiece of the villa, the spacious living and dining area. The two functional areas, which are connected by an opening, both have direct access to the veranda through floor-to-ceiling windows. In addition to the whitewashed walls, the harmonious interplay of colours in many rooms provides a pleasant contrast. The outer wall of the living room has an open fireplace and sea foam green walls that perfectly match the two cosy mint-coloured sofas. The dining area features a classic glass table where guests can dine in grand style. From this room, you can access the separate kitchen, which is equipped with a modern, white built-in cooker that leaves nothing to be desired in terms of technology and allows you to spend time with friends in a relaxed atmosphere as a self-caterer. We particularly like the open fireplace in the kitchen, a homage to the past that also creates a cosy atmosphere. One of the double bedrooms and a bathroom with a white bathtub are located on the ground floor. The three remaining bedrooms offer plenty of storage space and are located on the first floor with either single beds or a large double bed. The flexible villa offers further variations: For additional guests, two extra beds and a baby cot can also be booked for an extra charge. The villa can also be booked for fewer people, for which a discount is granted. The master bedroom has its own bathtub with shower. The other two bedrooms share another bathroom, so that relaxation is also guaranteed when it comes to the sanitary facilities. From the top floor, you also have access to a balcony where you can enjoy a sundowner on the decorative teak furniture. Children are welcome in the villa.

The urban villa Paca is characterised by its urban but friendly location in the Es Pelats area, a residential area belonging to Cala Ratjada. Shops and the lively Cala Ratjada farmers' market are within easy walking distance. The cafés and promenades of the harbour town invite you to take an evening stroll. Beautiful sandy beaches such as Cala Agulla or Cala Gat can be reached in approx. 5 minutes by hire car.
