If these pictures don't make you long for Mallorca, then you've probably never been to our favourite island and have clearly missed it. Even if the landscape looks like a perfect painting, Villa Korema is very real and awaits you with a garden full of lush lawns, palm trees, olive trees and almond trees. The two-storey, south-facing sandstone house also offers numerous open or covered terraces, so you can spend most of your time outdoors during the summer months. The huge pool with its mosaic design and Roman steps provides a pleasant refreshment. The patio is modelled on Italian architecture and has a surrounding portico with the obligatory fountain in the centre. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sun in the patio and experience the incredible Mediterranean way of life. At other times of the day, you can enjoy hearty dishes by firing up the barbecue and transforming fresh regional produce into delicious grilled specialities in the covered outdoor kitchen. The starry sky is best admired from the two covered terraces before you retire to the four exquisite bedrooms with your family or friends.

The spacious bedrooms are furnished with two single beds or a double bed and each has a trendy en-suite bathroom with shower. Each room is equipped with a fan and underfloor heating, which can be individually controlled, making the house ideal for letting in the cooler months (you will also benefit from a substantial discount for a smaller occupancy). Two suites with sea views are located on the upper floor, while the other two are on the ground floor adjoining the general living areas. If you are travelling with up to 4 people, you can choose whether you would like to use the upper floor or the first floor. On the ground floor you will find an additional guest WC and the fully equipped country-style kitchen with a nostalgic flair and delicate tiles in soft colours. The light-flooded centrepiece of the house, consisting of the living and dining room and an additional lounge, exudes a feeling of opulent spaciousness with its hipped ceilings and terracotta floor tiles. Modern art is skilfully combined with a touch of colonial interior design and oriental carpets. The result is a successful blend with individuality that makes the house something very special and creates an unforgettable holiday experience.

The high-quality Villa Korema is nestled in a spacious garden with a lush pool area. It is located in the rural part of the south of the island between S'Horta and the coastal town of Portocolom. You can do your shopping in the surrounding small towns or visit the cheerful weekly markets in the region on alternate days. Enjoy the view of the sea fjord-like beaches such as Cala Marçal or the natural beach Cala Brafi can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people under the age of 30. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund
