Built in the 16th century, the estate has always been dedicated to agriculture, and you will find a correspondingly rustic idyll here. Family friendliness is a top priority here. The owners have children and want to make it as pleasant as possible for all families (they live in another house next door from June to October and look after the well-being of their guests). You can share the pool, the laundry room, the barbecue area and the colourful play area for the children. Here the adults can spend a relaxing time while the children play together. The inviting pool area is just a few metres from the house and offers plenty of space for swimming and playing in the water and even a children's pool with an extra small slide! There is plenty of space to relax under the Mediterranean sun. Comfortable loungers invite you to laze around, perhaps leafing through a magazine or sipping a cool drink. Depending on the time of day, you will also find a breezy natural shade; there is also a small covered area available. An appealing variety of trees as well as other Mediterranean plants and flowers emphasise the cosy atmosphere of the spacious outdoor area. In addition to the lovely barbecue area, you will also find a vegetable garden and a small petting zoo with guinea pigs. You can sit on your own covered terrace in front of your cosy villa and enjoy the surroundings from there. Various types of outdoor furniture invite you to relax in private flair and a cosy breakfast in the morning with a view of the picturesque greenery and the sky above is a real treat!

A rustic and loving style awaits you in your holiday home, which owes its charm to the Mallorcan flair. Antiques and modern technology complement each other in an appealing way and should ensure your well-being. Harmoniously coordinated, predominantly light colours and the use of impressive natural stone elements and wood contribute to this. The house has a very cosy living/dining room and a modern, fully equipped small kitchen. The bedroom represents the tranquil aspect of any holiday. You will spend relaxing hours in the surrounding tranquillity and the rustic interior design. Wooden beamed ceilings and decorative floor tiles also characterise this area. There is also a modern bathroom with shower. Our verdict: An absolute family villa that is hard to find, which is why we give this hot tip to anyone travelling with children! The authentic Es Rafalet estate consists of three independent houses: Menuda, Sa Buhardilla and Sa Buhardilla Petita, which you can also find in our programme. If you are planning a trip with a larger family, you will find the three fincas grouped together in Buhardilla Gran. They have a wonderfully peaceful, natural atmosphere and are located around 5 kilometres northwest of Manacor in the east of the island. There are several large supermarkets and some very good restaurants in the nearby town. By car you can easily reach the beaches in the south-east, such as Cala Varquez (18 km) or in the north-east, such as Son Serra de Marina (21 km). There are a total of five golf courses with 18 holes just a few kilometres from the holiday home.

We consider this property to be accessible for our guests with reduced mobility, but recommend that all guests check the suitability of the property based on their own requirements. This is a Fincallorca holiday home.
