Thanks to its exposed location on a large hillside plot near the east coast of Mallorca, the Mallorcan finca retreat Cas Pobler offers spectacular views across the countryside to the sea. It is a Fincallorca holiday home. The driveway leads up to a spacious car park. From here, an external staircase leads up to the house. Along the upper floor there is a pool terrace and a covered veranda with dining area. Enjoy long hours of sunshine by the saltwater pool. Behind the house there is another large terrace with a barbecue, summer kitchen and further dining areas and a sublime view of the surrounding countryside. Access to the living area is via the lower floor of the 440 m2 holiday finca. On this level there are two double bedrooms, with access to a large balcony with far-reaching views, and a bathroom. A staircase leads up to a cosy living and dining room with English satellite TV and access to the pool terrace. There is a spacious, modern kitchen with dining area. From here you have easy access to the pool via a patio door. There is also a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private access to the covered veranda. All four bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating. Finca Cas Pobler is a very comfortable holiday home for 6 guests all year round. The holiday home is located on a hillside plot 4 km northwest of Cales de Mallorca. Several small sandy bays on the east coast can be reached in 15 minutes by car. The Vall DOr golf club is 8.5 km away. Both Cales de Mallorca and Manacor, 20 minutes away by car, offer good shopping facilities.
