The flat and the holiday home are located in a well-kept detached house 5 km from Konz and 10 km from the city centre of Trier in the Niedermennig district. The flat is a sunny room (living room/bedroom combined) in the semi-basement. Kitchen and bathroom with shower and WC. The holiday flat on the upper floor has a double bedroom and a single bedroom, a spacious living/dining area with kitchen, bathroom with shower/bathtub/WC and a large balcony with a far-reaching view over the Konzer Tälchen.
Free parking spaces for cars at the house, garage parking space for bicycles, free W-LAN. We would also like to emphasise the beautiful, spacious garden with ample seating, which can also be used as a sunbathing lawn. Breakfast is available on request.
