An imposing tall palm tree, pine trees, olive trees and all kinds of other Mediterranean plants characterise the spacious and varied grounds of this finca on Mallorca. Right next to the stone house you will find a private terrace where you can either sit together at the dining table and enjoy a meal or make yourself comfortable on the outdoor sofa and simply enjoy your free time. Nearby, the barbecue area awaits evening barbecues, which you can celebrate here in the open air. For those who like to relax in a reclining position, there are a few comfortable loungers on the gravel. In the communal area with the neighbouring finca Es Lledoner Tres, slightly away from the building, there is wonderful natural shade under the trees. Swings, Balinese bed, picnic table - everyone can go wherever they want. This will certainly be the super nice pool area, which has a 10 metre long pool that can be easily reached via a wide staircase, as well as several loungers and two additional daybeds on the surrounding terrace. The pool house with its rustic seating and outdoor kitchen is another highlight of the outdoor area and makes many a holiday an unforgettable time. The owners also live on the property with their cat and two dogs. The pool is of course only available to guests.

The terrace leads directly into the open-plan living/dining room with integrated, fully equipped kitchenette. Light-coloured walls, exposed beam ceilings and modern, cosy furniture with lots of wood characterise the ambience. If you open the patio door wide, you can also enjoy the feeling of being outside in the house. Whether on the sofa, at the dining table or in the kitchen, you can meet up here and spend relaxing hours together as the mood takes you. A decorative archway leads into the hallway, from which the three very comfortably furnished bedrooms, two doubles and one single, branch off. With three bathrooms, two of which are en suite, this holiday home on Mallorca offers complete privacy. As Es Lledoner Dos and Es Lledoner Tres are located next to each other, booking the entire finca complex provides you with a perfect domicile if you are travelling with two families and each would like to have their own house.

About 13 km as the crow flies from Mallorca's east coast, Finca Es Lledoner Dos is situated in a dreamlike secluded location surrounded by beautiful trees. Thanks to its location close to the road, which is acoustically perceptible depending on the wind, various excursion destinations are within easy reach. The pretty harbour promenade of Portocolom, where you will find nice bars, restaurants and supermarkets, is 20 minutes away by car. Restaurants and shops can also be found in nearby Felanitx (4 km). For larger shopping trips, Manacor (17 km) is a good choice. You can also reach several beaches in 20 to 30 minutes by car.
