The stately natural stone villa Horlandis is located on a spacious estate in the middle of the idyllic Mallorcan countryside. Surrounded by woods and fields, it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. The property is completely secluded and therefore offers unrestricted privacy. Nestled in the spacious natural stone terrace, the inviting infinity pool promises to cool off on hot days and is also large enough to swim a few lengths. After a dip in the refreshing water, you can make yourself comfortable on one of the sun loungers around the pool and enjoy your absolutely idyllic holiday. If it ever gets too warm, you will find plenty of shady spots on the covered terrace right next to the house. It's also a great place to start the day with a delicious breakfast at the large table overlooking the pool and the property, or to enjoy a wonderful barbecue dinner in the evening with a delicious glass of wine and freshly prepared delicacies. The outdoor lighting creates a warm atmosphere even when the sun goes down. From the outside, the villa exudes the charm of a rustic cottage property, which is continued inside.

The terrace leads you directly into the kitchen of the house. Like many of the rooms in the villa, it is extremely spacious and combines Mallorcan tradition with modern amenities. In addition to a large gas hob, there is also a spacious fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher, while the kitchen is very practical overall. A rustic dining table and plenty of seating invite you to linger. On the same floor you will find a bathroom with shower and toilet. A staircase leads to the heart of the villa: a huge living-dining room with a metre-high ceiling. The main entrance hall of the villa is also located here. The exposed wooden roof beams and the rustic, high-quality furnishings create a cosy atmosphere. Spend the evening on the sofa or dine with your family and friends at the long table. The panoramic view from the huge roof terrace is simply magnificent. Three of the four bedrooms are also located on this floor, all of which have a thoroughly rustic Mallorcan design. Two of the rooms have classic wooden four-poster beds that are reminiscent of times gone by, but are new and of the highest quality. Another bedroom has two single beds. The classically elegant style is also continued in the bathrooms. There are two on this floor, one of which is directly accessible from one of the double bedrooms. On the first floor there is a further bedroom with its own bathroom and huge bathtub.
Behind the house you can see the Ermita de Bonany hermitage, which is located on the summit of Puig de Bonany, a 331-hectare natural park. Due to its marvellous location and appearance, the church is also known as the mountain cathedral. If you would rather go to the beach than the church, the nearest bays are around 23 kilometres away. There are no cafés or restaurants on the white sandy beach of Torrent des Revellar, but there is unspoilt nature. Thanks to its central location in the centre of the island, you can reach numerous towns and sights throughout Mallorca in less than an hour. The neighbouring village of Petra, which is particularly known for its quality wines, can be reached by car in just 15 minutes. From there it is only 15 minutes to the beautiful town of Sineu. It is said to have the best farmers' market on the island. It takes place every Wednesday in the old town and attracts both locals and tourists in droves.
