You were expecting to spend a holiday in a beautiful Mallorcan villa and then had to rub your eyes when you arrived. To call this huge 74,000 m² property simply a garden would be one of the top ten understatements of all time. With a property this big, you don't have to worry about prying eyes. Not to put too fine a point on it: If you rent this villa, you will rightly feel like a large landowner. The only difference is that you won't be responsible for maintaining the place, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the benefits of this pool and terrace landscape. As it should be, the pool shimmers in an enigmatic and refreshing turquoise colour under the sun. But chances are, the panoramic views of the Tramuntana mountains will make this one of the best swimming experiences of your life. Ultimately, you are the master of the property here and can decide when the first cocktail of the day is served. And when it's time to give in to hunger and fire up the barbecue. Of course, you can also take a seat on one of the sun loungers or, if you want a little more height, enjoy afternoon tea on the upstairs balcony while writing postcards to everyone back home to tell them what a great holiday you're having.

Several glass doors open and lead from the terraced landscape into the interior of the property. Firstly, you enter the centrepiece of the house, the spacious living and dining area. Whether you are looking for a little time to snuggle up on the sofa or need enough people to put a board game on the table, you are sure to spend much of your holiday in this room. From here you reach the fully equipped kitchen (and the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer behind it) as well as a foyer, which is the actual entrance area. An antique grandfather clock tells the time here, but you don't really care. After all, the aim here is to relax. And that requires spacious, cosy bedrooms. There are five double bedrooms and four bathrooms in total. The bedrooms, like all other areas of the house, are stylishly and tastefully furnished. Decorative details, including traditional elements, go hand in hand with a clear, bright and inviting style. Here, echoes of the island's original agricultural villa character are harmoniously combined with modern comfort.

Villa Moscari is located above the mountain village of the same name and, thanks to its elevated position on a small plateau, offers sensational views over large parts of the island. It lies in the middle of a 74,000 m² private natural garden with an abundance of old trees. You can go shopping in nearby Selva or Campanet, where you will also find many very good international and Mallorcan restaurants. The beautiful natural dune beaches of the bay of Alcúdia are only a short trip away.

Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people under the age of 30. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund
