The estate has been family-owned for over 200 years and is popular with its regular guests: the historic Sa Rota den Palerm estate is an authentic agritourism paradise for self-catering travellers and those seeking peace and quiet. On the 30,000 m² estate with its fruit, fig, almond and carob trees, you can take a stroll, let your gaze wander over the fertile plain, the Pla de Mallorca, read a book in the lounge area under the trees or behind hedges, sway in the hammocks or soak up the sun by the 12-metre-long pool and make new friends - you don't have to make any effort for deep relaxation and unwinding. Sa Rota den Palerm Tres is a cosy stone house with a sheltered terrace on one side and a cute panoramic balcony on the other. So you can follow the sun and always enjoy your bodega wine in the best spots. Inside, you can expect bright walls and a cosy combined living room/kitchen studio with sofa and dining table, fridge, cooker and microwave. Your air-conditioned double room is warm and cosy, and the bathroom has natural light and a shower tray. You can also spend balmy summer nights on the private sun loungers and watch the sun rise over the Tramuntana mountains in the morning. And then you might suddenly feel the urge to explore the heart of Mallorca or Playa de Muro.

While the tranquil small town mainly offers a bar for an espresso break, the legendary medieval town, just 7 kilometres away, offers shops, restaurants such as the quaint Molí Den Pau, wine cellars and one of the best weekly and livestock markets on the island. From the main square Sa Plaça, signposted footpaths lead to monasteries, churches and manor houses, where you will be told some incredible stories. As winter draws to a close, the almond blossom attracts visitors, but a cycle tour along the plain, past cornfields and windmills, or from wine tasting to wine tasting, is worthwhile at any time of year. And for those who don't want to miss out on the sea completely despite the beautiful pool: the beaches of Badia d'Alcúdia are a reasonable distance away and a visit to the capital can also be combined with a dip in the cool sea.
