If you choose Villa Estepar des Padri, you can look forward to a large property where you will feel at home during your stay in Mallorca. Your hire car can remain hidden away in the garage so that your view of the unspoilt natural surroundings is not compromised: All around, wide fields with trees that blend beautifully with the bright blue sky panorama. From the lounge terrace laid with high-quality stone tiles, you can immerse yourself in this sublime atmosphere, not least thanks to the glorious sunshine. If you then feel like cooling off, there's nothing to stop you from jumping into the refreshing water and swimming a few lengths. If you feel a little peckish afterwards, perhaps it's time to fire up the barbecue and enjoy what you've bought at the market on the shady, covered terrace. After being mesmerised by a romantic sunset, you might want to head to the roof terrace. From here, the crashing waves on the coast definitely seem closer than 5 kilometres.

Through the patio door you enter the living room, which feels spacious thanks to the interior balcony on the first floor. The flat-screen TV is perfect for watching all those DVDs you haven't got round to in the stress of everyday life. You can then move on to the kitchen, which has state-of-the-art equipment. It's a really flexible space with a wooden table and bar surfaces for preparing dinner over a glass of wine. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, a sofa room for relaxing and a bedroom with a slightly narrow double bed and its own TV. A staircase leads up to the spacious bedroom with its own bathroom and sea view. The third bedroom has two single beds and a desk if you're looking for a quiet moment to write a few postcards for your loved ones back home. The adjoining bathroom spoils you with the luxury of a bathtub if you want to relax at the end of the day.

Situated between the small town of Son Servera and the medieval oasis of Artà, the quiet MA-4031 country road, which is sometimes audible depending on the wind direction, is not far away. The sea is only 10 minutes away by car; in the mountain resort of Costa del Pins you will find a quiet sandy beach as well as a high-quality golf course (the Pula golf complex is also a great destination for a day of golf, only 5 km away). The Calas de Mallorca and their marvellous bays are just waiting to be discovered: Beautiful sandy beaches, upscale restaurants and relaxed beach bars provide plenty of variety. Enchanting nature, cosy and peaceful little towns, a balmy breeze - you are guaranteed to come home relaxed. Villa Estepar des Padri is surrounded by rolling hills that are perfect for hiking. It is only about 5 km from the beautiful holiday resort of Son Servera, where an exquisite market with fresh produce awaits you every Friday. You are only 10 minutes away from the Costa del Pins; it is ideal for enjoying the sea or playing golf. The medieval town of Artà is perfect for strolling through its cosy little side streets.
