If you have flown over the elegant, varied outdoor area of Villa Can Gall de Costitx with our drone, you will have seen the charm with which this jewel in the heart of the island welcomes its guests. The sublime design of the grounds is very inviting and leaves plenty of space for an active holiday on Mallorca. Want to work out? Play tennis. How about a private 20 x 40 metre tournament-sized tennis court! Please note that there is no maintenance work on the tennis court from November to March. Stroll through the park-like garden with many different trees, palms and flowers or jump into the pool for a refreshing dip between games and make the most of this wonderful property. Whether you prefer to enjoy a drink in the sun by the water or hide away in the shade on the covered terrace with a good book is up to you. But one thing is certain: there are countless great places to relax and unwind. The sheer size of this property made it possible to dedicate an entire open hut to the barbecue area. The magnificent flowers on the façade of the house are just one feature among many, as is the private fountain, which bears witness to the villa's past and immediately catches the eye.

The owners have restored and tastefully furnished the interior of the villa with great attention to detail. The living room is particularly spectacular, with a ceiling that is 7 metres high in places and connects the room to the gallery on the upper floor. When you sit down on the sofa here and let your gaze wander over the crackling fire or the hopefully entertaining television, you will realise that the stone wall behind you is reminiscent of a historic monastery. The hot/cold air conditioning system can provide additional heating in the bedrooms, living room and dining room. Antique, solid furniture and carpets as well as the open-plan interior design of the open-plan rooms on the ground floor enhance the atmosphere. The kitchen has a counter overlooking the open-plan dining room with a large glass façade that allows plenty of natural light to brighten up the space and harmonises perfectly with the natural colours in the living room, creating a feeling of well-being. On the ground floor, two bedrooms share a bathroom that is directly accessible from both rooms. These rooms also have direct access to the garden. On the upper floor, there is another double bed and a small desk on the gallery, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a stylish bathtub. There is also another bedroom with two single beds on the upper floor. Mosquito nets on the bedroom windows ensure a restful night's sleep. To prevent boredom during the day, there are board games and toys for small children (Lego, cars, building blocks).

Villa Can Gall de Costitx has a private tennis court and invites you to spend your entire holiday on site. Should you decide to leave this paradise for a moment, the charming village of Costitx is very close by and offers a planetarium and a lively farmers' market on Saturdays as well as a wide selection of small shops and bars. Inca and Sineu, both larger than Costitx, can be easily reached by car in a quarter of an hour.
