Star Luxury Villa - ''Heated'' pool, gym and playground

Star Luxury Villa is located in the area of Daratso which is a beautiful area on the west side of Chania Prefecture (6.3km) and very close to Agia Marina and Platanias (5km).

In Daratso guests can find sandy beaches with crystalline waters the most famous and well-organised are Chrisi Akti and Agioi Apostoloi which are ideal for all ages. There are also some sea sports activities to enjoy here and many canteens to have a refreshment or a snack after your dive. This amazing villa was built very close to many amenities and facilities like taverns, shops, supermarkets gas stations and bus stations. Daratso is an area very close to the sea and you can find it easily within a small driving distance.

Within a small driving distance, guests can reach Chania town. In Chania, guests will have the opportunity to visit all the facilities and amenities that a town has to offer to the guests from cafes and restaurants to shops, bakeries, banks, etc. Last but not least, a walk in the Old Town and Old Port is mandatory, especially during the evening and night.

Due to its location, guests will have the opportunity to be in a quiet area and in the light of a town within a small driving distance.

Indoor facilities
Star Luxury villa is a three-story villa consisting of six bedrooms, divided into three floors, one of them on the ground floor, with a king-size bed and access to the backyard and one office room with a sofa that can be converted into two single beds. On the lower floor, there is a communal bathroom with two showers suitable for all the guests and a fully equipped gym for anyone who wants to keep up with their workout routine. Furthermore, in the same area, there are two more bedrooms with king-size beds. The rest of the bedrooms are situated on the upper floor and are all equipped with king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms, overlooking amazing sea views from the private balcony. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. The real heart of the home is the open-concept kitchen which is situated on the ground floor, fully equipped with branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. The area is completed with a dining room and a living room with a big flat-screen smart TV. The large windows create the illusion of transparency and provide a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas. The minimal furnishing of the house, the neutral palette of colours and the use of wood create the perfect haven for you to lay your hair down and relax away from the fast pace of life. Every little detail in this residence is specifically selected and designed to create a very friendly but at the same time comfortable and luxurious environment for our guests.

Outdoor facilities
Is there a better place for you during summer vacation rather than lying by the pool and having your tanning session? The outdoor heated swimming pool and the lounge space are the spots where you can rustle up a cocktail or relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset on the sun loungers. Pretty close to the pool area there is a dining table and a BBQ area for festive culinary nights under the starlight sky. Your kids will be able to spend their day outside, playing in the playground or in the kid's section pool, while you can have some quality time with your loved ones. Don't forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa.

Accessibility
From the parking area to the main door of the indoor space, there is a wheelchair ramp. In addition, inside the villa, there is an elevator to move from one floor to another.

*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 25 - 26°C depending on weather conditions. We request 3-4 days' advance notice for this facility and the cost shall be paid in cash upon arrival!

Pet Policy
We welcome pets with the following guidelines for health and safety: Up to two pets, each weighing no more than 7 kg, are allowed. Pets must be non-aggressive, clean, flea-free, and have proof of current vaccinations. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and disposing of waste properly. Pets should not be on furniture or beds and must be confined during villa cleaning. A refundable damage deposit of 200 euros is required, and additional cleaning charges may apply for excessive mess. Guests may need to sign an agreement accepting responsibility for any damages or disturbances. Free waste bags, water bowls, and a dog bed are provided.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
