Die charmante und im 2023 neu gebaute Wohnung liegt im Anbau des über 100-jährigen Hauses im Kern von Ftan. Die hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnung ist ideal für ein Paar, welches erholsame Bergferien in der magischen Unterengadiner Bergwelt sucht. Ein Wohn- und Esszimmer mit offener Küche, u.a mit Geschirrspüler, Nespresso-Maschine, Internet WLAN und Sofa, laden zum Verweilen ein. Erholen lässt es sich bestens im grosszügigen und lichtdurchfluteten Schlafzimmer mit grossem Doppelbett und Sofa. Ein Skiraum im Erdgeschoss ist vorhanden. Die Waschmaschine/ Tumbler im Keller können mitbenützt werden. Das Auto kann an der Kreuzung neben dem Haus oder auf einem der vielen öffentlichen Parkplätzen parkiert werden. Auf Wunsch steht eine Steckdose für ein E-Auto zu Verfügung, bitte vorab bei Vermieter anfragen.
