Cozy and familiar vacation home on the northern shore of the idyllic Lake Båven.

The house is just a short walk from the lake and offers you the ideal setting for a relaxing family vacation in idyllic surroundings. Here you will find peace and fresh air. Enjoy your time together and leave the worries of everyday life behind you. In the outdoor area, which includes plenty of comfortable seating and a beautiful green area, you can enjoy a nice meal, sunbathe and romp around. Let your children play in the garden while you prepare the meal, and after dining al fresco you can take an evening stroll by the lake.

Discover the surrounding area with good fishing and bathing opportunities and ideal conditions for beautiful paddling tours that let you really experience and enjoy the large nature reserve, the Båven Islands. The nature reserve, which consists of 15 islands, is known for its rich bird life and is a popular excursion destination. The nature reserve Sparreholms Ekhagar is also worth a visit. There are restaurants and stores in Hälleforsnäs and if you would like to play golf, you will find the right course in Solbacka. Hiking enthusiasts can follow the Sörmland hiking trail, which takes you through the Henaredalen valley. The ruins of Nyköpingshus are also within easy reach.
