This inviting vacation home with two terraces welcomes you in green surroundings and close to the beach.

This accommodation is located just outside the center of the port town of Ystad, where you can spend varied days. The house is perfect for those who don't want to live in the middle of the city, but close to greenery. Look forward to game afternoons and movie nights in the sofa corner in front of the large windows. From the living room you can access the covered terrace, where you can enjoy good food and cozy get-togethers whatever the weather. When the sun is shining, however, meals are best enjoyed in the garden. The beach and the Skåne hiking trail are within walking distance.

The location of the house is ideal for walks in the town. Discover a rich selection of galleries, shopping opportunities and museums. Continue your walk along the promenade and try a coffee in one of the beach cafés. The long sandy beach is perfect for swimming and anglers can also try their luck in the sea here. Want more experiences? Then also experience the Hallamölla waterfall, The Hills of Brösarp, Sövde Adventure Camp and Christinehof Castle. The Stones of Ale, Dag Hammarskölds Backåkra farm, the medieval castle Glimmingehus, the medieval town of Simrishamn and the nature reserve Bäckhalla valley are also worth a visit. If you are on vacation in Österlen, you should not miss a trip through the beautiful apple orchards in Kivik. Here you can experience the famous apple market in September.
