The beautiful Provencal villa in Lançon de Provence offers an ideal retreat for a holiday. Boasting a spacious living area that opens onto the terrace, garden, and pool, this villa invites relaxation and comfort.

The villa's ground floor features an entrance that seamlessly connects to the living area. The dining room and the open kitchen equipped with modern amenities like a Nespresso coffee maker, are conveniently accessible through large picture windows opening onto the terrace. The first floor hosts the air-conditioned bedrooms, each offering different views of the garden or village.

Outside, the villa boasts a fully enclosed garden, secured by an electric gate. The private swimming pool, secured by an alarm, measures 9m x 5m and features a wading area. The villa offers two distinct terraces—a pergola-equipped space in front and a covered area with a summer sitting area, hammock, and a charcoal barbecue (Weber).
