Discover an exceptional holiday apartment perfect for a unique, romantic stay, nestled within a beautiful 13th-century castle surrounded by the captivating scenery between Lake Annecy and Lake Bourget. Situated on the first floor in the left tower of the castle, this property offers a unique experience.

The apartment features an entrance into a spacious living area, comprising a fully equipped open kitchen with essential appliances, a dining area, and a comfortable sitting area.

Outside, revel in views of the Clergeon and Val de Fier. Enjoy access to a shared swimming pool, a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The riverside beach at Morge offers deckchairs, a barbecue, and garden furniture. Additional amenities include storage for sports equipment, parking facilities, and a spacious sheltered courtyard with an equipped kitchen for shared use among holidaymakers.

Please note the presence of horses, dogs, llamas, and chickens on the estate, and trout fishing is possible in the Morge river below the castle. Additionally, box rental for horses is available. In winter, snow equipment is essential. Due to the property's features like unsecured pools and low ramparts, it's advised against leaving young children unsupervised. Another holiday apartment is available in the right wing of the castle.
Located between the lakes of Bourget and Annecy less than 45 minutes from Geneva, the castle offers an ideal holiday destination between Savoy and Switzerland. Horse-riding enthusiasts can bring their horses and enjoy the many trails from the castle.
