This secluded property (with no neighbors) near Issirac is a paradise for nature lovers. It can be reached via a 1.2 km long, partly asphalted path and is located in a very peaceful setting surrounded by nature. The large apartment (100 m²) is located in a separate building from the owners' house. The garden and pool are shared with the guests of a small apartment. The apartment has a large private terrace, a cozy living and dining room with a comfortable sofa bed and a wood-burning stove as well as two bedrooms. A well-equipped eat-in kitchen with bay window leads onto the terrace.
The surrounding landscape consists of pine forests, olive groves, lavender fields, vineyards, fruit trees and garrigues with white and green oaks and offers a very wide view to the south/southwest (very beautiful sunsets) without a road to be seen or heard. Private, equipped terrace. Fenced communal swimming pool (12 x 3 m) available from April 15 to October 15. Ornamental pond (not secured) approx. 300 m away. Sports and nature lovers can set off directly from the accommodation for hiking, jogging or mountain biking. You are close to Montclus and the Cèze valley (approx. 12 km) as well as Saint-Martin-d'Ardèche and the Ardèche gorges (16 km). The nearest shopping facilities are in Goudargues (17 km) or Barjac (22 km).
The owners live on site and share the garden and pool with guests. They have a friendly chocolate brown Labrador dog. A washing machine is available on request.
