This Manigod chalet, situated near the renowned La Clusaz ski resort in the French Alps, offers a stunning view of the Aravis mountains. Spanning across multiple levels, the mezzanine-floor TV room is perfect for relaxation. The living area, featuring a sunny balcony, has a dining space and a fireplace-adorned lounge with comfortable seating. A fully equipped kitchen leads out onto a covered terrace offering enchanting mountain views. The garage caters to leisure activities with table tennis and storage for ski and sports gear

This chalet also has a second split level with bedrooms suitable for children. On the third split level, you'll find additional bedrooms and a laundry room.

Outdoors, the chalet boasts an expansive land with a swing, covered terrace, and sunny balcony facing the majestic Aravis mountains.

The chalet is situated in the heights of Manigod, in the heart of the Aravis mountains, at 5km from the Col the Croix Fry and the ski resorts of Manigod, La Croix Fry and Merdassier. Access to La Clusaz ski resort from La Croix Fry. The chalet offers a great mountain view: from Mont Charvin to La Tournette and the Sullens mountains. Beauregard is at 5 km (hiking in summer and cross-country skiing in winter). Beauregard offers large possibilities for nice hikes with great mountain views at the Mont Blanc and the surrounding mountains and valleys. In the village of Manigod at 1.5 km from the chalet you will find a bakery and grocery store. Public swimming pool in Merdassier is free during summer, at the Col de Merdassier. Outside public swimming pool summer-winter in La Clusaz.
