This charming villa in Saint Rémy de Provence boasts a tranquil setting within spacious grounds, offering a heated pool and stunning views of the Alpilles.

The garden-level features include a kitchen that opens onto a covered terrace, while the dining room/sitting room (with usable fireplace) also offers access to the covered terrace to embrace indoor/outdoor living. On the ground-floor there is an air-conditioned bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a sofa bed suitable for a small child. The remaining two air-conditioned bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor.

Outside, the property's expansive land is adorned with numerous trees. The covered terrace offers a barbecue area and alfresco dining with garden furniture. The private and enclosed heated pool measures 13m x 6m.

The house is in an ideal setting just outside the village and enjoys beautiful view of the Alpilles and a very quiet environment.
