Idyllically and quietly situated, nestled in the lovingly landscaped garden on the owners' approx. 1,400 sqm residential property, the non-smoking holiday apartment, which was last renovated in 2020, is located in an outbuilding. Lake Kummerow with its harbour, a beautiful bathing beach, a snack bar and a hotel restaurant is approx. 1,500 m away.The approx. 35 sqm, centrally heated apartment, furnished with great attention to detail, has a separate entrance and insect screens on the windows and extends over two floors. In the lower area there is a cosy living room (sofa bed, dining table, flat screen TV), a separate kitchen (electric hotplates, mini oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, various small kitchen appliances) and the bathroom. (shower, WC, hairdryer). On the upper floor (PLEASE NOTE: steep room-saving staircase, low ceiling height!) there is a sleeping area with a double bed and (optically separated) two single beds.In addition, guests have access to a car park, bicycle storage room, barbecue, fire bowl and free Wi-Fi, various (partly covered) seating and lounging options in the spacious garden as well as a Tuscan-style fireplace corner.The total price includes final cleaning, electricity and water costs. Please bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them for a fee. To be paid on site: Laundry package (if desired). Pets are not allowed in this property.

The small, rural village of Meesiger is located directly on Lake Kummerow, the fourth largest in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, in the middle of the picturesque landscape of Mecklenburg Switzerland. The region is characterised by rolling hills with wonderful views and is ideal for hiking, cycling or water sports. About 1.5 km away is the Gravelotte campsite and water hiking rest area with a beautiful beach, harbour, fish snack bar and hotel restaurant. Boat and canoe trips on the lake or the neighbouring Peene are worthwhile, as are excursions to the Reuter towns of Stavenhagen, Malchin or the Hanseatic town of Demmin, which are just 15 km away. There are numerous shopping facilities and other catering options here.
