The holiday complex with several holiday homes for 6 to 8 people is located on a 12,000 square metre property directly on Lake Kummerow, separated from the beach and playground only by the lakeside road. Quiet location on the edge of the village. The 135 square metre holiday homes are identically furnished and have two living levels. On the ground floor there is a large living/dining area with upholstered furniture, dining table, flat-screen TV, radio/CD and DVD, a fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and various kitchen appliances as well as a bathroom with shower/WC. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 x double bed, 1 x double bed + sofa bed) and a bathroom with WC and bathtub. A guest bed can be provided if required. A cot, high chair and footstool are available for small children. The houses are heated with electric heating (night storage heaters) and partly with underfloor heating. W-LAN is available to a limited extent within the complex.

Each house has a furnished terrace, balcony (except DZV705, DZV706, DZV707), barbecue and car park. Boats (with and without motor) and bicycles can be hired on site. A new playground with swings, seesaws, climbing frame, walk-in rabbit enclosure, digging box, table tennis table and large play area was set up directly on the site in 2017. Service charges (on site): Heating energy (electric) and water according to consumption. You must bring your own towels. Bed linen can be hired on site. Pets: Pets are allowed in this property.

Verchen is a small idyllic resort on the northern shore of Lake Kummerow with a bathing beach, children's playground, boat and bicycle hire and good fishing opportunities. Jetty approx. 1 km. The district town of Demmin is approx. 14 km away. In the village there are also various places to eat, a fish restaurant and a small country market. Lake Kummerow is the eighth largest lake in Germany. Its biodiversity and partly unspoilt nature make it an Eldorado for anglers, water hikers and nature holidaymakers seeking peace and quiet. The surrounding area has remained rural and has retained its unspoilt character. Gentle tourism is practised here, not mass tourism. The holiday complex with 14 holiday homes is located on a 12,000 square metre plot directly on Lake Kummerow, separated from the beach and playground only by the lakeside road.
