The holiday home, which was completely modernised in 2017, is located on a 1000 square metre, separate and fully fenced recreational plot (for exclusive use) in the village. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, Hark fireplace, dining area, LCD TV, hi-fi), a kitchen (dining table, electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, various kitchen appliances), 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed), a veranda (dining table) and a bathroom (shower/WC, washing machine, hairdryer) and central heating. There is an outdoor seating area with garden furniture, barbecue, storage space for bicycles and a car park. A cot and high chair can be provided for small children. Internet access (W-LAN) is also available. Bicycles can be hired on site by arrangement. Final cleaning, water and energy are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels can be brought or rented.

Luckow is a small community near the Polish border in the Ueckermünde Heath. It is only about 5 kilometres to the Szczecin Lagoon. Luckow is home to an old half-timbered church, which hosts temporary exhibitions. A botanical garden can be visited in the neighbouring village of Christiansberg. The seaside resort of Ueckermünde with its famous zoo, a climbing park, boat hire, passenger boat trips to Poland and Usedom and a cinema is around 10 kilometres from Luckow. There are also larger shopping facilities there. A corner shop is 3 kilometres away.
