Visit the dinosaur park with its adventure trail and drive to the Steinhuder Meer, the largest inland lake in north-western Lower Saxony. To the south are the extensive deciduous forests on the Rehburg Heights, with wonderful hiking opportunities and a historic observation tower. The Weser floodplains to the west and north are particularly inviting for cycling. Concerts and other cultural events await you in the former Loccum monastery.
