Villa Ružić is one of the most architecturally original and luxurious modern holiday homes in Istria which will not leave anyone indifferent.
The house consists of 5 units connected with hallways, two from the left and three from the right, through the middle "flows" a wonderful swimming pool which transforms on the back side into a whirlpool. Villa Ružić is set in Kaštelir with various offers such as restaurants, ATM, cafes and shops, in the 12 km distant Poreč are many beautiful beaches, and rich offer in sports, culture and amusement activities.
Everything in this house serves the guest's satisfaction, from the finest ceramics and luxurious Italian furniture, plenty of natural light through the large glass walls, fully equipped outdoor kitchen and designer barbecue in the garden, to the wonderful spa with Finnish sauna, steam room and indoor whirlpool. The well-kept garden of Villa Ružić is completely enclosed with beautiful lawn, deckchairs, covered terrace with large dining table, outside toilet and covered parking.

Holiday home of 280 sqm on two floors is fully air conditioned and for 8 people. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, comfortable living room with large TV and fireplace, wellness area, two double bedrooms, each with its own bath/toilet and a separate toilet. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, each with its own bath/toilet, balcony and panoramic sea view. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
