Villa Green Olive is located in a quiet place near the town of Labin.
The tranquillity and proximity to the sea make this an ideal place to explore the nearby historic town of Labin, but also Istrian food, wine / wineries / vineyards and local people.
It has a large garden with pool, sun loungers, parasol, children's playground and a lovely summer kitchen with dining table, fireplace, separate WC and TV. There are several parking spaces available for the guests.
The house has a capacity of 7-9 guests on two floors. It consists of a ground floor with living room, dining room and equipped kitchen, separate WC and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. On the upper floor there is a triple room with a balcony and a private bathroom. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
