Villa Elena Porec is a modern holiday home with 3 bedrooms only 3 km from the sea.
High standard criteria were fulfilled while building the house. The windows have mosquito nets, there is a water purification system, underfloor heating and cooling and an alarm system. On enclosed, well-kept property the guests have a swimming pool of 25 sqm, sitting set, sun chairs, a covered summer kitchen and 2 parking spaces on disposal. The house lies next to a bicycle route and within 300 m there is a bakery and a children's playground.
Villa Elena Porec for 6-7 people consists of a living room with sitting set and fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet, bedroom with its own bathroom - all on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with their own bathroom and access to a shared balcony. The larger room on the upper floor has a balcony with sea view. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
