The Petra Apartments are located on the ground floor of a detached house in Susnjici, just 10.5 km from Porec and 3.5 km from the nearest restaurant and shop. Guests have access to a large, partially fenced plot with a communal pool and a wooded area where children can play freely on the swings and slide. There are plenty of parking spaces available on site. The flat is conveniently located near a busy road and the owners live on the first floor. The Petra 1 flat opposite the pool offers a cosy living area. It is designed for 35 guests and comprises a living room with a kitchen area, a dining table and a pull-out sofa for two people. The living room opens onto a covered terrace with garden furniture. The flat also has a double bedroom with access to the terrace, a single bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. A visit to Porec is a must during your stay. This vibrant coastal town offers a rich history, charming old town streets, the impressive Euphrasian Basilica and a lively waterfront promenade with cafés, restaurants and shops. Whether you want to explore cultural sights or enjoy the picturesque beaches, Porec offers something for everyone. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 or under.
