This brand new, luxurious villa is located in the popular resort area of Protaras and is just a 5 minute walk to the beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. The villa is fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable and relaxing self-catering stay.

As you enter the villa, you will find the contemporary open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area surrounded by large patio doors leading to the garden and pool area. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa, widescreen TV with Satellite channels and WIFI connection. The dining area has seating for 8 persons and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed for your self-catering stay and also includes a breakfast bar with extra seating for 3 persons. One of the bathrooms with a shower and WC can also be found on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find the four modern and spacious bedrooms, all complete with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and widescreen TVs. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and WC, double bed and offers sea views. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have two single beds and bedroom 4 has a double bed as well as an en suite bathroom with a shower and WC. The main bathroom with shower and WC is also on this floor. A stunning villa in a tranquil location, yet close enough to enjoy a stroll to the beach. The perfect choice for families or groups of friends who are looking for a relaxing and peaceful break.

Outside, the spacious garden offers a barbecue area with a worktop and sink, outside shower, dining area, comfortable seating area, sun-loungers and a large private pool.
