Charming house with capacity for 5 people located in a very quiet residential street a few minutes by car from the beautiful and familiar beach of Cala Tarida. In addition, there are very good and renowned local cuisine restaurants in the area.
Within a 1,000 m2 plot, the main house has a small living room with TV, a shared bathroom with a shower and 2 bedrooms: a bedroom with a 1.80m double bed, with views of the sea and the pool, and another bedroom with two single beds. of 0.90m. The third bedroom is located right in front of the pool and is accessed by going down some steps. It has a 1.80m bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
In an independent annex, located at the back of the main house, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that leads to a porch where there is an outdoor dining room.
At the front of the house is the pool area with views of the sea and sunsets. It has sun loungers, parasols, a double Balinese bed and a chillout with a sofa.
In the back there is a wooden tree house perfect for children to play.
The house also has air conditioning, Nespresso coffee machine, alarm, safe, parking and a very good Wi-Fi signal (outside too).
Final cleaning is included in the price.
