Seaside holiday house, built out of stone in Dalmatian style, is located in the heart of Dubrovnik.
This lovely holiday house is surrounded by the wonderful nature of Mediterranean trees as well as one can enjoy extremely beautiful sea-views at Elaphite islands and entire Dubrovnik! Our lovely holiday villa is located in a very quiet area and it is an ideal place for families and all those who seek a true relaxation and a peaceful environment.

Also, the house is located near the oceanfront and you can completely enjoy the outstanding sea-views from the villa!
The villa contains two very spacious flats( an each flat's size is 150 square meters with the terrace or / with a very long balcony with the excellent sea-views). An each flat has an independent entry ( private entrance ). This holiday home contains spacious and comfortable five bedrooms + there are large sofa beds in spacious living rooms, fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms, 2 large stone terraces and balconies with excellent sea-views, air - conditioning, satellite TV, BBQ, and many other facilities. All rooms are extremely bright and spacious as well as most of the rooms have the excellent sea- views!

Also, you can enjoy the magnificent sea-views at the large stone terraces. The additional benefits for our guests are the large private parking space in front of villa for all our guests (the public parking is being usually paid in Dubrovnik as well as the free wireless internet access for all guests.

The house has a great position in terms of being close, within 3-5 minutes of walking distance, to: supermarkets, the post office, the banks, bus stations, the shopping centers, the restaurants, green market,cafe bars, fish market, etc.

Also, our guests have a large free private parking, the separate entrance into the house, big terraces and 10 meters long balcony where they can enjoy the fresh air, outstanding view, and a high quality of service as well as friendliness of our staff! Nearby the villa, there is a hiking path for all nature lovers and those who seek peaceful atmosphere at fresh air and want to relax away from the city’s noise and crowd.
