Beautiful villa with superb sea views
Villa enjoying magnificent views of the sea and the bay of Pollensa, best enjoyed from the private pool and solarium. The pool is separated from the promenade by a small grassy garden dotted with palm trees and exotic plants.
The raised, partially covered terrace provides shade for outdoor dining, and is equipped with a material barbecue on one side of the garden.
This large two-story villa offers accommodation for 12 people. The ground floor has a living room with sofas and satellite TV and large doors leading to a covered terrace.There is also a separate kitchen, furnished and equipped with everything necessary in a vacation property, as well as 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 doubles) that share 2 full bathrooms.
The rest of the bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Specifically, there is 1 double room and 2 double rooms that share another 2 full bathrooms.
