The holiday flat consists of a small hallway, a large bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), a dressing table, wardrobe and a cosy little seating area by the window. The living room, dining area and kitchenette are in a separate large room. The sofa is extendable. From there you enter the bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower. From there you enter the bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2023. The windows in the entire flat were also renewed in 2023. You will find everything you need for your holiday stay in the small kitchen. A large fridge, a 2-burner ceramic hob, a microwave, a toaster, kettle and a coffee machine (Senseo) are also available. From the south-facing living room, you can access a small balcony with a wonderful view of nature and the spa gardens/town of Bad Orb. You can park your car free of charge in the courtyard directly in front of the front door.

Conditions:
Payment is made either in advance by bank transfer, cash payment or EC card payment (no credit cards!) upon arrival. Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge.
Later cancellations will be charged at 80% of the total price if no other rental could take place.
Arrival is possible from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Departure is possible from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (or by prior arrangement).
The keys are handed over personally on site or via the key safe.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking in the apartment is not permitted. Smoking is allowed on the balcony when the door is closed.
Baby travel cot and high chair are available on site on request.
The tourist tax of the city of Bad Orb is daily: adults €2.50, severely disabled people from 70% €1.25, children (up to age 6) free, children and young people (from age 7 to age 16) ) €1.00, severely disabled children and young people from 70% €0.50. The tourist tax is calculated separately on site.
