Walk-in rain shower, WC. Balcony 4m2, south facing, patio furniture. Panoramic view of the bay of Lugano and the lake as far as Melide. Please note: Non-smoking  accommodation.

On Monte Brè, the flat house "Montelago" is situated about half way up Monte Brè. In a quiet, sunny position on a slope. The house is accessible via stairs. For shared use: washing machine and tumble dryer. Driveway up to the house. Car park N included. Grocers 5 km. Bus stop Aldesago Ronchée is approx. 100m away. The funicular railway station Utoring is 100m away.
