Located in a small, idyllic village, our farmhouse (non-smoking household) offers everythingfor a relaxing family vacation. The vacation home is fully equipped and offers with about 120 square meters of living space up to 4 people comfortably place.
The vacation home is fully equipped. It has approx. 120 square meters of living space and can comfortably accommodate up to four people.
On the first floor there is the entrance area (accessible via six steps or at ground level through the side entrance), the open, bright kitchen including stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, sufficient crockery/cutlery, microwave and immediately adjacent the dining room with wood-burning stove and a large double bedroom (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with comfortable mattresses, topper and a shower-bathroom en suite. A foldable baby/children's travel cot is also available here.
A further bedroom is located on the 1st floor with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with topper and comfortable mattresses. Here is also the spacious and cozy living room with fireplace and another bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
All windows have blinds and mostly also fly screens, there are 2 x TV with SAT, radio/CD/DVD and Internet via WLAN. The two wood-burning stoves spread a cozy warmth on cool days, wood for the stoves is located behind the house.
The huge garden of 5,000 square meters is half fenced, here you can romp, barbecue and chill to your heart's content. A beautiful terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue are waiting to be used.
There are several parking spaces in front of the house on a wide driveway.
