The apartment is located on the second floor of a family house located in a charming village Valica, surrounded by nature and close to Umag. The accommodation is the perfect solution for those who wish to spend a relaxing holiday and enjoy peace and tranquility.

This comfortable apartment for couples, located on the second floor of a family home, is the perfect choice for spending a romantic holiday immersed in the beauty of nature. With a balcony overlooking the surrounding garden, you can enjoy an atmosphere of peace and tranquility while admiring the view.

The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare meals with ease and comfort, while the bedroom with its cozy 160 x 200 double bed and flat screen television will make your stay even more pleasant. An exit to the balcony, where there is a table with two chairs for relaxing evenings.

The modern and comfortable bathroom will guarantee you maximum comfort, with a spacious shower, a bidet, a sink and a hairdryer at your disposal.

Outside, in the fenced garden, you will find a shared barbecue area where you can enjoy delicious grilled food, a swing for the little ones and a swimming pool equipped with deckchairs and an outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off during the hot summer days.

With a reserved parking space and free Wi-Fi, all you have to do is enjoy an unforgettable holiday in this wonderful apartment. We look forward to seeing you!

The house has a splendid swimming pool, equipped with a sunbathing area, deck chairs and an outdoor shower, accessible to all guests of the house. The garden surrounding the house is large and fenced.

These are the rules and guidelines for guests staying at the accommodation facility:

1. Pets are not allowed.
2. Smoking is allowed outside in the garden, while smoking is not allowed inside or on the balcony.
3. Guests are required to respect their neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest.
4. For safety reasons, guests must turn off the air conditioning and dishwasher when they are not in the accommodation.
5. Guests must use the accommodation facilities with caution.
6. Guests must leave containers empty and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils.
7. Guests must declare any damage caused to the owner. After a thorough assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of expenses in cash before departure.
8. Guests must indicate their expected departure time one day before departure to arrange key collection.
9. The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am on the last day of stay.
10. Personalized transfers are possible (example: airport - accommodation, ...).

The area is quiet, with a lot of greenery around, the closest beach is that of the Kanegra tourist village and it is also the most beautiful beach on the Umag Riviera. The town is made up of private houses with fenced gardens. Unfortunately it does not have a grocery store. The nearest grocery store is located

in the tourist village of Kanegra at 2200 m. In Umag 6 km or in Savudrija 6 km there are many services such as bank, post office, ATM, bars, restaurants. The closest restaurant is the Vera restaurant at 150 m, or Luciana at 1.5 km. Nearby you will find the La Parenzana cycle path for cycling lovers along which they can admire the wonders of western Istria.

In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the seafront for the joy of children.

To purchase a larger quantity of food, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.

There are various leisure opportunities in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centers

, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where it is possible to practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and mini golf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village, night clubs, casino, possibility of various boat trips or by bus.

The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food outlets, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.

For non-beach days or evenings we recommend taking unforgettable trips inland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a splendid terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun is a typical medieval town located on a hill, known for its film festival, which has taken place at the end of July for years. Livade, the town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit by appointment the Astronomical Center in Višnjan, 30 km from Umag. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave just 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited on organized trips. Various "Fish picnic" boat trips are organized there, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. To the delight of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana theme park "Dino park", where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of adults and children beat faster. For gourmets, there are several options for tastings of excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham and much more.
