Simple 2 room apartment near the sea Umag

This comfortable 45 m2 apartment is located on the first floor of a terraced family house in the Komunela district of Umag. Consisting of two bedrooms with double beds, ideal for two couples or families with children.
The sandy beach is 1400 m away, the center of Umag 1400 m, grocery store and bar 300 m

The simply furnished apartment has two bedrooms, one with a 180x200 double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers, the second bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, wardrobe and flat-screen satellite TV. The kitchen with dining area equipped with 4 electric hobs, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plates, pans, cutlery and glasses, dining area with table and chairs and exit to the balcony equipped with table and 4 chairs. The bathroom has a bathtub, sink and amenities. Bed linen and towels two per person are provided (changed weekly). The accommodation has a small portable air conditioner, Wi-Fi internet connection and free public parking 10 m from the house.

- to respect neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest,
- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,
- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to agree on the collection of the keys.

Komunela-Umag
The neighborhood is quiet and sunny, made up of private houses embellished with well-kept gardens full of flowers and plants and some buildings. The area is equipped with a large park with games for children and teenagers, free outdoor gym equipment and a magnificent lawn. In the area you will find the convenient Ultra supermarket with an adjoining bar, other shops, bank, pharmacy, two wine bars, the Paganini casino, cheap restaurants. This neighborhood is an excellent choice for those who love tranquility and comfort due to its proximity to the center and the seafront, while the car or bicycle is recommended to reach the beaches.
The center of Umag can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes.

In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the seafront for the joy of children.
To purchase a larger quantity of food, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.
There are various leisure opportunities in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centers
, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where it is possible to practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and mini golf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village, night clubs, casino, possibility of various boat trips or by bus.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food outlets, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.
For non-beach days or evenings we recommend taking unforgettable trips inland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a splendid terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun is a typical medieval town located on a hill, known for its film festival, which has taken place at the end of July for years. Livade, the town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit by appointment the Astronomical Center in Višnjan, 30 km from Umag. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave just 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited on organized trips. Various "Fish picnic" boat trips are organized there, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. To the delight of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana theme park "Dino park", where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of adults and children beat faster. For gourmets, there are several options for tastings of excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham and much more.
