The beautiful Villa Hill`` will take your breath away! Situated in a quiet location, this luxury villa has a total of 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people, making it ideal for a family holiday, among other things! The open-plan ground floor will make you feel right at home. Here you will find the cosy and modern living room with fireplace, SAT TV and a stereo system. The living room is connected to the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surroundings. 2 bedrooms with high-quality furniture, each with its own bathroom and direct access to the terrace and the villa's carefully tended garden are also located on the ground floor.
Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms, 2 of which have a private balcony with wonderful views of the countryside. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, have a television and a private bathroom. You can enjoy the sunny weather in the garden or by the pool. Take advantage of the covered terrace with fireplace, which is directly connected to the kitchen. On cooler days, you can use the sauna and a fire pit in the garden. Please note: not suitable for younger groups (25 years) Villa Hill is located on the edge of a typical Istrian village with a marvellous view of the sea. On clear days you can even see the Alps. The villa is only a short drive away from larger tourist towns such as Rovinj and Porec. Central Istria is considered one of the rare Mediterranean regions adorned with the quality of unspoilt, natural landscapes and a rich heritage. In Istria you can taste many local specialities, such as prosciutto or pork tenderloin. The seafood and fish come from an idyllic archipelago. There are numerous hiking and cycling trails, one of the most beautiful of which is the historic Parenzana - old railway line, where you can even experience the unique ride on the tourist train along the historic route. Horse riding, a few rounds of golf or simply enjoying the thermal waters of the nearby spa town add to this long list of activities.
