Villa Kurili No14 is a lovingly and carefully restored traditional Istrian terraced stone house that has been owned by the same family for generations. Many of the original autochthonous details have been preserved and at the same time adapted and equipped with all modern conveniences and needs. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 7 guests.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a storage room. The first floor is the heart of the villa - with a large, modern and sunny living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and an additional guest toilet. The 2nd floor (loft) houses the charming and modern en-suite master bedroom with double bed, which also has an additional single bed.
Villa Kurili No14 is the right place for a peaceful vacation in a traditional setting, with a modern touch.
The villa has its own parking lot for up to 3 cars and WiFi. On request, guests can also enjoy autochthonous, organically grown products from the owner.Villa Kurili No14 has an excellent location - the villa is located in a small village, in a quiet environment, ideal for a pleasant vacation, and at the same time close to the highway exit, which makes it easy to experience the rich offer of Istria (excellent eno-gastronomic offer, one of the best olive oils in the world, rich historical heritage, numerous cultural sights, diverse and numerous cultural and entertainment events); not far away is the Lim Bay - a protected landscape and one of the most beautiful natural resources in Istria; the villa is 12 km away from Rovinj, the best tourist destination and the most romantic town in Croatia
The hosts live in the same village and will be happy to introduce guests to the rich surroundings and be at their disposal if they wish.
