This luxury Ski-In Ski-Out apartment in the heart of Kitzbühel with spa & gym is the dream of every summer and winter sports enthusiast with the best views on the Streif. Due to the central location, the Hahnenkamm cable car is only a few meters away, the Kitzbühel Hahnenkamm train station and the city center is also on the doorstep. The carpentry work in antique wood, the bathrooms with natural stone, the high-quality kitchen and the open fireplace convey the perfect chalet style in the Gamsstadt. The interior was just now in October 2023 newly designed and furnished with high-end products such as boxspring beds, designer furniture etc.
The house was renovated in 2020 very high quality and has a spacious spa incl. fitness room, sauna and steam bath. There is also a very nice underground parking, a ski room and a lift. The location is unique and from the inside and outside the house makes a very chic high-quality impression and feels great. We are locals and are happy to give tipps!

The newly equipped apartment has high quality furnishings. All three rooms have a balcony. With a total of 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms, once with relaxing bathtub, twice with spacious shower and toilet, and an extra guest toilet. Spa, fitness and garage also included!
