The beautiful Villa Gracia Patricia is located in a small, quiet village in central Istria and is intended for a total of 8 people. On the ground floor there is a cosy living room with SAT TV and a fireplace, which provides a warm and inviting atmosphere. Next to the living room you will find the fully equipped kitchen with dining area where you can enjoy traditional Istrian specialities. One of the bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, is also on the ground floor. Another 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surroundings. Outside, the large pool is at your disposal - the ideal solution for warm sunny days! Relax on the sun loungers or in the covered lounge area. To fulfil all your wishes, the villa also has a large stone barbecue. The youngest travellers will especially appreciate the small football pitch! The villa is air-conditioned, has WiFi, a private parking space and everything you could need for a perfect holiday! Villa Gracia Patricia is located in the charming settlement in central Istria - Jursici. Due to its location, you can enjoy the privacy and at the same time the tranquillity of the green nature. If you want to explore the area, there are many interesting towns that you can easily reach by car. Jursici is located near Svetvincenat, a small but charming village known for its history, cultural monuments and numerous events and festivals (dance, theatre, medieval festival, cheese festival, etc.). In the centre you can visit the Morosini Grimani Castle, the Renaissance square and interesting old churches. The area is ideal for an active holiday - many hiking and cycling routes are waiting for you. If you want to discover Istria, we recommend many beautiful towns only 30 min drive from the villa - Pula, Fazana, Rovinj or Pazin. From the fishing village of Fazana (where the nearest beach is located) you can easily reach the breathtaking archipelago and national park Brijuni. If you are more interested in a romantic city setting, visit Rovinj. Rovinj shines with its narrow medieval streets and warm Mediterranean atmosphere. The Istrian region has an irresistible culinary offer - truffles, fui (traditional Istrian pasta), prut (smoked ham), goat cheese or manetra (traditional Istrian vegetable stew) seasoned with homemade olive oil and accompanied by well-known Croatian wines such as Malvasia or Pinot - trying the specialities is a must!
