Villa Vitis Vitae is a beautiful, modern villa on the edge of the village of Pusti in central Istria. The villa offers a quiet oasis to relax and is ideal for max. 4+2 persons. The villa is ideal for families with children who will feel right at home. The single-storey house has an inviting, open floor plan. All rooms have been stylishly furnished with great attention to detail. Relax in the bright and spacious living room with SAT TV. If you feel like cooking, the modern, high-quality kitchen is at your disposal, where you can keep an eye on the youngest guests.
The Vila has two cozy bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. From the living room you have direct access to the garden and the pool area. While the children play or trampoline, parents can enjoy a refreshing drink by the pool. The villa also offers a barbecue, which is located on the terrace behind the villa. Escape from the sun on the terrace with a comfortable and inviting lounge area. If you decide to leave your private piece of paradise, the location of this villa is a great starting point for walks in nature, to the beach, gastronomic tours and day trips to beautiful Istrian towns such as Rovinj, Porec, Pula, Fazana, Vrsar, Rabac... In the south-central part of the Istrian peninsula, lies the medieval town of St. Vincent. The old architecture of the town and the surrounding villages is well preserved, while vineyards and olives dominate this region with a warm Mediterranean climate. St. Vincent and the surrounding area are known not only for their historical and cultural heritage, but also for good wine and traditional Istrian cuisine. Istria is a unique and enchanting place that has always welcomed visitors and settlers from other parts of the world. The city of Pula with its Roman amphitheater and the Brijuni National Park with an 18-hole golf course are only a short drive away. The Adriatic coast with crystal clear sea and all kinds of water sports activities are also not far away.
