The villa has been furnished with love and attention to detail so that you can truly feel like royalty. On the ground floor you will find the cozy living room, which is connected to the kitchen and dining area. Here you will also find a separate toilet and a bedroom with a double bed. All bedrooms have a private bathroom so that you can enjoy maximum privacy. Another 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds, are on the second floor.

Outside there is an inviting pool - the ideal solution for hot summer days. In the evenings, you can try out the charcoal grill and dine al fresco while surrounded by the peaceful region.Pridraga is a small place in the Novigrad municipality, about 35 km away from the tourist attraction of the city of Zadar. Novigrad is located by the Novigrad Sea on the edge of the Velebit mountain. Villa Imperia is located here, where the river Zrmanja breaks through a canyon bordered by hills and greenery. Zrmanja also offers the possibility of rafting, canoeing and kayaking, and there are national parks nearby (Paklenica, Plitvice, Krka, Kornati). Don't miss to visit Lake Vrana and Zadar - a beautiful ancient city with many museums, restaurants and bars as well as natural beaches. Be sure to visit the Forum in Zadar with the famous monument, the Church of St. Donat from the pre-Romanesque times. Villa Imperia has a great location near the beach (the first one is only 700 meters away from the villa) and here you can discover the beautiful surroundings with the enchanting nature, mountains and coast.
