Are you dreaming of a relaxing, peaceful vacation surrounded by the beautiful green hills of the Istrian hinterland? Villa Cartolina is the perfect place to start your vacation. This rather small but very charming villa with a delightful garden, offers accommodation for 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. The villa was renovated in 2019 and once again you can feel the traditional, rustic style throughout the house, from the exterior to the interior. Solid stone walls have been refined with light and romantic furniture, making the villa beautifully rustic and practical. On the first floor you will find the kitchen with dining room and exit to the open plan dining room. On the second floor are the bedrooms with bathrooms. From here you can access the large terrace with views. You will feel at peace here, whether you are enjoying a morning coffee on the terrace or a glass of Istrian Malvazija by the private pool. In the outdoor area, you can not only relax by the pool, but also prepare food on the barbecue and enjoy it together in the open air. All this while you relax your senses with a view of the idyllic greenery. From here you can reach the beautiful, nearby small town of Groznjan and the first beach is only 15 km away. Villa Cartolina awaits you! Villa Cartolina is located near (about 8 km away) the small but charming town of Groznjan, which has been called the town of artists since 1965. This is the town in all senses and Groznjan is most lively in summer. Stroll along the narrow streets, surrounded by stone houses, full of galleries and street musicians. You can also experience interesting jazz festivals here and shop for special handmade souvenirs from local artists! This beautiful town is surrounded by hills in the Istrian hinterland not far from Umag (20 km), Novigrad (24 km) or Porec (40 km) if you are looking for a day trip - these are towns worth visiting. If you enjoy a more active vacation, you can also go cycling and hiking on one of the most famous trails - Parenzana (once the railroad line).
