After entering a spacious living room you will see a massive wooden table for 12 people and as soon as you enter the unavoidable part of the Istrian house you will see a traditional fireplace. While the opening on the left leads into a kitchen that is modernly furnished, the front leads you to a terrace overlooking the white truffle habitat, the Butoniga reservoir and several picturesque, historic small towns. Prices include a complimentary truffle tasting organized by the owner.

On the same floor there is a spacious bedroom for two people with its own bathroom and a path to the terrace.

The villa offers quality wines from local winemakers, but also products made by the owner, such as Istrian sausage with truffles, truffle cheese, truffle honey...

The second floor is reserved for three bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with two washbasins and a shower.

The first floor is reserved for rest, pastime and relaxation. Nothing is left to chance. All generations are catered for here. For the youngest there is a children's corner, while for the older ones there is a room for relaxation - a wellness area with a whirlpool for four people and a Finnish sauna. There is also a pool table and dartboard on this floor, as well as an exercise area with direct access to the pool. There is also a laundry room at your disposal.

The fifth and largest bedroom is located on the first floor and has a double and 2 single beds, a modern en-suite bathroom and direct access to the garden.

If you long for a refreshing dip in the hot summer months, there is a 50 m2 pool with hydro-massage pumps. You can soak up some sun on one of the twelve sun loungers and if you want a less isolated spot, grab one of the olive trees that can give you some shade. While you carelessly enjoy the view of the lake and the surrounding hundred-year-old trees, your little ones can have fun in the sandpit, on the seesaw or on the swings. In the garden there is also a covered outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, a gas stove, 1 sink, 1 fridge and a table for twelve people. Here you can prepare an Istrian specialty yourself or rely on professional help.

A mobile grocery store comes to the village 3 times a week.Villa Olea is located in a small and quiet village called Paladini. The villa is situated on a unique elevated position, offers perfect privacy and a breathtaking view of the lake Butoniga. The first major town is Buzet, widely known as the "town of truffles" as the forests along the river Mirna are particularly rich in this divine tuber. Buzet, a town on a hill in the middle of the fertile valley of the river Mirna. The central square with the parish church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary is the heart of the old town. While you are here, you should not miss a visit to the County Museum of Buzet and its surroundings. In the surroundings of Buzet there are some very well preserved medieval towns.
