In the heart of central Istria, amidst wooded hills high above the Mirna Valley, you will find the beautiful Villa Brazzana, where you can enjoy the authentic Istrian atmosphere and traditional gastronomy. From the villa, which was designed in a modern way, but also in harmony with nature, you have an excellent view of the whole area.
The rooms are spread over 3 floors. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living and dining area with a fireplace surrounded by comfortable sofas and armchairs. Here you will also find an elegant kitchen with a cooking island, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. Both the kitchen and the bedroom have direct access to the inviting terrace, where you will find a cozy lounge and dining area. A further 2 bedrooms are distributed over the upper floor, each with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. One bedroom leads directly onto the balcony, from where you can enjoy the breathtaking view every morning. The basement is divided into two units. In one there is a cozy tavern with an open fireplace and a large dining table. In the second there is a games room, a small fitness room and another bathroom. The large glass wall leads from this area to the beautiful pool terrace, with enchanting views over the countryside. There is also a brick-built barbecue in the spacious, carefully tended garden, where you can prepare your own version of traditional specialties. Whether you want to visit the region, enjoy the local gastronomy and culture or simply relax with your family and friends, Villa Brazzana will leave nothing to be desired.The luxurious Villa Brazzana is located in the peaceful village of Pracana in the immediate vicinity of Buzet, in the heart of Istria. Central Istria is known for its small, picturesque, medieval towns and beautiful hilly landscape. The old, historic town center of Buzet has a beautiful hillside location above the fertile valley of the longest river in Istria, the Mirna. Today, Buzet is widely known as the town of truffles, as the forests along the Mirna are particularly rich in these highly prized mushrooms. With its interweaving of excellent cuisine, exquisite Malvasia and Teran varieties, rich cultural and historical heritage and breathtaking natural beauty, this region is the perfect destination for a true experience of traditional Istria.
