The modernly furnished villa The Boat is located near Opatija, the most popular vacation spot in Kvarner. Situated on the hill of the small town of Matulji, the terraces of this villa offer a magnificent panoramic view of the Gulf of Kvarner. At the rooftop pool of Villa The Boat you will feel like you are sailing on the waves of the gulf.

The villa is divided into three levels. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower, TV and air conditioning. On the second floor there is a modern living and dining area with kitchen and a bathroom. The dining table can easily be converted into a pool table. On the same floor there is an extra room for two children more on request. The imposing wooden staircase leads to another bedroom with a double bed on the second floor. The room has its own bathroom, TV and air conditioning. There is a terrace on each floor of this villa where you can enjoy the sun or the starry sky with family and friends. You will be reluctant to leave the pool on the roof of the villa, which invites you to swim above the clouds of Kvarner Bay.

For guests looking for an active vacation, there are numerous cycling and hiking trails in the vicinity of Matulji.

However, a trip to Opatija is a must for everyone. This charming town is considered the cradle of Croatian tourism. Many well-preserved luxury villas and hotels in the town center bear witness to this. We also recommend a walk along the famous Lungomare promenade, which stretches from Volosko to Lovran. This is the best way to explore the entire Opatija Riviera.
