Situated on a cliff right by the sea, the stunning Villa Ivancic really does offer everything you need on holiday: a breathtaking sea view, private pool, numerous lounge areas as well as a sauna and an outdoor jacuzzi!
The remarkable elegance of this villa can be seen in both the exterior and the interior, equipped with high-quality furniture. Decorated in beautiful cream, blue and chic white colours, this villa will take your breath away.
The spacious living area with beautiful wooden floors leads to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with galleried windows and French doors leading to the private pool with spectacular sea views. Here, on the ground floor, you will also find the infrared sauna with comfortable loungers and shower as well as French doors leading to the Jacuzzi and pool. The 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor as well as two balconies, one of which has a direct view of the sea. In the outdoor area of Villa Ivancic there is a professional barbecue with an outdoor dining area where you can make your inner chef shine and prepare delicious meals. A glass of delicious Istrian Malvasia, Mediterranean breezes and evenings with loved ones is the ideal recipe to enjoy your time in this stunning villa. :)
A massage service is available at the villa for an extra charge. Everything can be arranged with the hosts upon arrival.The beautiful Villa Ivancic is located in a small place Moscenicka Draga on the Adriatic Sea close to the beach in the Kvarner Bay, near Opatija. Moscenicka Draga is located at the foot of Mount Uka and was founded as a fishing village. Nowadays, Moenika Draga is known for a beautiful 2 km long pebble beach called Sipar and a small marina. Here you can experience the Mediterranean atmosphere and beauty. There are also beaches with hidden coves and cliffs and a nudist beach. The third largest Croatian city Rijeka is only 30 kilometres away from the villa. Rijeka is known for its long historical and cultural heritage, numerous restaurants, cafes, clubs, bars and events. If you want to experience even more, take a walk along the beautiful shore of Loungo Mare and experience the nightlife in the nearby town of Opatija - also known as the pearl of the Adriatic.
