Villa Roveria is a stylishly restored old country house with a very special flair. Unlike many newer properties, it radiates the original character.

The interior is lovingly decorated and traditionally furnished. It consists of 2 houses, which are only rented together for your sole use.

On the ground floor of the larger house you will find a cosy living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a private bathroom. The open-plan living area is simply stunning. Two further bedrooms are located on the first floor, both with a private bathroom. All bedrooms in the larger house are air-conditioned and have SAT TV. The single beds in the bedrooms can be pushed together if required.

The smaller house is ideal for a family with children who would like to enjoy their privacy. On the ground floor there is a sleeping area with 2 single beds that can be pushed together. The entrance to the bedroom on the upper floor is through the stairs directly from the room on the ground floor. The smaller house also has 2 bedrooms. The sauna provides an extra touch of luxury. Within the walled outdoor area is a large garden with a cosy dining area, barbecue and a large, beautiful pool.

The charming hamlet of Butkovici offers the perfect opportunity to discover the leisurely, relaxed pace that still characterises life in rural Istria today. 14 km away is the attractive town of Svetvincenat with an impressive medieval stone castle and a good selection of amenities, including a pharmacy, post office and restaurants. Pretty pebble beaches can be found to the north and south of Rovinj (approx. 20 minutes drive). Be sure to visit the capital of the region, Pula, where the largest Roman amphitheatre regularly hosts film screenings, cultural events and live concerts by world-renowned artists. 14 km away is Vodnjan, a pretty little town with a clear Venetian influence in its medieval buildings and narrow, winding streets full of shops, cafes and outdoor life. 22 km away is the small town of Fazana with a pretty harbour where you can hire boats and water taxis to the fantastic Brijuni Islands National Park or swim at the beautiful, clean pebble beach of Fazana.
